9x9_Tech_Remote_WIN.exe). - Launch the downloaded program. It may be located in your “Downloads” folder.
- Give the 9-digit number to your IT support rep.

If prompted for permissions (Screen Recording/Accessibility), click Allow and follow the on-screen steps.
