Out of the office? You are able to transfer calls to other extensions, or to a 10 digit number outside your office (Cell Phone, etc)
Too busy to even want to hear that ringing phone? Just press DND on your phone, and all incoming calls to you will be sent to Voicemail.
Calls can be forwarded or forked (2 or more forwarded numbers at once) to any destination in the continental US.
When voicemail to email is configured, in the email you can have a written transcription of the voicemail without needing to listen to it.
When someone leaves you a voicemail, you will get an email with the recording.
Out and about and you missed that important call and didn't even know it. With Missed calls to email, you can be notified about that.

Need to see who called who and when? You can check the call logs as far back as 1 year.

Record the call
Centralized location where you and others can call in for a conference call. You have a moderator code, where you are able to mute and unmute the participants, and a participant code where they are able to raise their hands if they have a question.
Getting spammed by a specific number? You can block the number with a busy tone, or send that number to a message or voicemail box. It is your call for what happens to their call.
Don’t want to tell the caller that you are currently closed? Let the automated system do that for you. With Time Conditions you can have a set time for your business and holiday hours. After that, the caller will know that you are closed.
On your phone and in the app, you have a button on your phone that shows a light of green or red letting you know that the other person is on the phone
If you are a busy business, with multiple calls coming in at once, you can have a Call Center Queue. The caller will be told which spot they are at in line, and you can have a wallboard that shows how many calls are coming in, and which of your agents are on a call.
Answered a call that was for someone else? You can park the call with a button on your phone (or in the app), and all the other phones that have that park line will have a red light next to it. Then you can let the other person know that they have a call waiting for them on Park (Line) 1.
An app for any platform. The app behaves like your desk phone plus, just it is in you pocket. You can do transfers, 3 way calls, and SMS/MMS from it. When out of the office, you can use the app to make a call that will show your business number.
