Accessing Call History on Polycom VVX Series

Polycom VVX phones keep a list of your recent calls. How you open it depends on your phone model.

VVX 100, 200, 300 and 400 series

From the menu

1. Press the Home button.
2. Select Directories, then Recent Calls.
3. To show only one kind of call, choose Type on the bottom of the screen and pick missed, received or placed calls.

Using the arrow keys

From the idle screen, press an arrow on the navigation pad:

• Left: received calls
• Right: placed calls
• Down: missed calls

Press Left again to go back to the main screen.

VVX 500 and 600 series

Tap the clock icon in the top-left corner of the touchscreen to see all recent calls. Tap the filter icon at the top of the list to show only one kind of call.

You can also open Directories → Recent Calls from the menu, or use the directory shortcut on the bottom of the screen, the same way as on the smaller models.
