Pricing Questions
What is an extension?
An extension is one user or phone line in your system — usually one per employee or desk.
Do 10 or more extensions cost less?
Yes. With 10 or more extensions, every extension is $19.99 a month instead of $24.99.
What is the E911 fee?
E911 registers your business address so 911 calls show where you are. It is $2.99 a month per location — not per extension.
What is not included?
Everything is included except call recording ($5 per extension), eFax ($9.99 per fax number) and SMS/MMS texting ($10 per phone number). Add them only if you need them.
Why is there a fee for texting?
U.S. mobile carriers require every business number that sends text messages to be registered and approved — a process called 10DLC registration that helps stop spam. The $10 monthly access fee per number covers that required registration, so your texts are delivered instead of blocked.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. If you already have a number, we will transfer it to our service without any loss.
Will my business have downtime when we switch?
No. We migrate your system with zero downtime, so your customers never notice the change.
