Call Transfers
Out of the office? Transfer calls to other extensions, or to a 10-digit number outside your office (cell phone, etc.).
Call Center Queue
If you are a busy business with multiple calls coming in at once, you can have a call center queue. Callers are told their spot in line, and a wallboard shows how many calls are coming in and which agents are on a call.
DND (Do Not Disturb)
Too busy to even want to hear that ringing phone? Just press DND on your phone, and all incoming calls to you will be sent to voicemail.
Conference Calls
A central place where you and others can call in for a conference call. A moderator code lets you mute and unmute participants, and participants can raise their hands if they have a question.
Call Forwarding
Calls can be forwarded or forked (to 2 or more numbers at once) to any destination in the continental US.
Time Conditions
Set different call routing based on the time of day. During business hours calls may go to a receptionist, while after hours they go to voicemail or an after-hours message — including holiday hours.
